Rules for 2026 Rifle Raffle

• Fundraiser is sponsored by The American Legion Department of South Carolina, (hereinafter Legion)
• Persons under the age of 18 may not participate or receive winnings.
• All Federal and South Carolina firearm regulations must be met before you receive firearm (you must pass a background check), unless you choose to use the gift card for other items at Sportsman’s Warehouse.
• Tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable
• New Rule: To be in compliance with S.C. Code Section 33-57-140 (A), all gross proceeds must be sent to the Department for each ticket ($25.00).
• The Department then turns around, and sends $10.00 per ticket, back to the posts as a contribution, which the post reports on their 990’s, as they do now.
• Winning tickets will be announced daily, except the Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday winner will be announced the Thursday of each week.
• Winners will be notified by phone and/or email.
• Winning names and selling posts will be put on the Department website at https://www.southcarolinalegion.org 
• Each entry has an equal chance to win.
• Prizes and dates awarded are printed on the back of the rules and ticket sheet.
• Post must send checks to Department for processing. Cash will not be accepted.
• Drawing will be held at The American Legion Department of South Carolina.
• The winning tickets for each prize day receives one prize designated for that ticket drawn.
• No prize will be awarded until all tickets and money are accounted for by the Legion.
• All tickets MUST have the POST # on the bottom right hand corner of the tickets.
• Prizes will be picked up and background checks conducted at Sportsman’s Warehouse, 476 Piney Grove Rd, Columbia, SC.
• The name and address on the ticket must be the same as on government issued ID.
• Military IDs are not accepted.
• Winners will have thirty (30) days from the date of notification to claim prize.
• Unclaimed prizes will be awarded to the next alternate. Alternate winners have fifteen (15) days to claim prize.
• Tickets with incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, falsified, or forged information will be disqualified.

• All sold tickets must be turned into Legion HQ or Postmarked by June 4, 2026
• The Legion reserves the right to modify any raffle prize if needed, based on manufacturer’s available inventory.

$25.00 PER TICKET – EACH TICKET PURCHASED ENTERS YOU INTO ALL 52 DRAWINGS
